Akbar’s release celebrated in Riyadh

As the MIM legislator Akbaruddin Owaisi walked free from the Nirmal jail in Adiladad, the Hyderabadi community in Riyadh were jubilant and celebrated the event with a lot of passion. Sweets were distributed by MIM supporters at various places.

The thrilled members of the Hyderabadi community gathered in Hai Al Wazarat (popularly known as Hara). To mark the event prominent businessman and hotelier Mohammed Rafeeq gathered office bearers of different social and cultural organizations. Many youngsters danced to celebrate the release of their beloved leader. Terming Akbar as the youth icon, the delighted youngsters went wild raising slogans in support of their leader.

Hundreds of MIM supporters who gathered here, thanked Almighty and said the prayers of many people were answered and Akber was finally released from the jail. The cheerful MIM supporters Muzafar Ali Baber, Rafeeq Ahmed and Baig distributed hundreds of kilos of sweets among the people.

Hotelier Mohammed Rafeeq organized special celebration and thrown party last night at Hai Al Wazarat. Mohammed Quaiser President, Tanzeem Hum Hindustain (THH), Mohammed Ashraf Ali, President, Andhra Pradesh United Society (APUS), businessman, Omar Bin Khunaizan and several others joined the celebrations. A diehard fan of Owaisi, Omar Bin Khunaizan wished Akber the best of luck and said prayers of all the people are with him. Shabaz, Mohammed Zabi, Mohammed Taufeeq, Maqsood Ali were also present.

Akbaruddin Owaisi, walked out from the jail yesterday with a new look after nearly 40 days. Akbar faces two cases of making inflammatory speeches. He is the floor leader of MIM in Andhra Pradesh Legislative Assembly and represents Chandrayan Gutta as MLA. He was arrested on January 8 from Gandhi Hospital in Hyderabad.

Last Friday Owasi won bail in both the cases. A session court in Adilabad granted him conditional bail that he will not enter Nirmal town, where he allegedly made a hate speech and will surrender his passport.

When the news came last Friday that his bail was granted, hundreds of Hyderabadis in Riyadh gathered and greeted each other. They started the big celebration by distributing the sweets.

The release of Akbaruddin Owaisi was also celebrated in other parts of Riyadh where large number of Hyderabadis are living.

Hundreds of supporters of All India Majlis-e-Ittehad-ul Muslimeen (AIMIM) thanks Almighty Allah for his release.

Flashing MIM leader posters at Hyderabadi restaurants, shops and cars youth raised slogans in favor of the MIM leader. Groups of youth danced on the Hara street in Riyadh and chanted ‘Akbar bhai zindabad’ and MIM zindabad’ Traffic came to a standstill in these areas due to the celebrations.
