From its humble inception in 1976, The Indian Muslim Association (IMAN), Dubai has reached a commendable position in attaining its goals and objectives. By the grace of Allah, it proudly completes the 28th year of service to the community.
On this purpose filled occasion, the association finds its fortune to celebrate the Silver Jubilee in a fitting way so that its existence and services can be widely made known to all over the world. The function is being planned in such a way that it not only attracts more attention from the patrons and well-wishers who have all along been supporting the good cause but also bring into this orbit many new patrons who would like to be part of such an honorable service institution. Offering educational scholarships to most deserving poor students for their higher education can be said to be one of its prime activities.
The scheme of such noble gesture has come to the level of maintaining its number always more than 100 boy and girl students every year in various professional, technical and arts colleges. Further, it has gained the goodwill and acclaims that many educational institutions voluntarily offer seat allocations thus extending their valuable support. The divine task of Iftar arrangements during the holy month of Ramadhan is indeed a wide one with the official approval of Dubai Municipality in which nearly 5,000 devotees converge in its various Iftar spots. The Eid Milad, Lailathul Qadr, Isra wal Mi'raj, Shabe Barath and other various functions conducted by the unit are always focussing towards the importance of the occasions in which special speakers and scholars are brought over here from India. These are only few of its multi faceted activities of IMAN that have been brought to your kind notice. You may agree that these activities should go on non-stop in future also in bigger and better aspect. Insha Allah, your continued patronage alone can make this possible. ..
